At Vogee Dog Box, every box is packed by our family and carefully inspected before it ships. We take pride in making sure each delivery arrives ready to create a great experience for you and your dog.

Because our boxes contain consumable products and pet care items, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds once an order has shipped.

All Sales Are Final

All Vogee Dog Box purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Dogs not liking a toy or treat
• Personal preferences
• Subscription renewals that were not canceled before billing
• Opened or used products
• Orders that have already shipped

Damaged or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged, defective, or missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue

After review, we may provide a replacement item or store credit when appropriate.
