Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after purchase.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day. During launch periods, holidays, or high-volume events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package leaves our facility, delivery timing is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

Vogee Dog Box is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. However, we are happy to help guide you through contacting the shipping carrier if an issue occurs.
